Truth Over Fiction aims to connect readers with books and authors who expose the beauty and tragedy of real-life stories. This website offers a platform to promote authors working in narrative non-fiction, namely biography, autobiography, memoir, true crime, personal essays, creative non-fiction or any other non-fiction genre focused on sharing stories about real people and their real life experiences.

Why Truth Over Fiction? I believe that sometimes the best stories are those that are true. As an avid lover of all genres of fiction, I realized that I often overlook the amazing breadth and depth of non-fiction work that is pushed out into the world – especially work focused on real people and their lives. In an effort to expand my own reading habits, I decided to create a space to amplify this genre.
